I initially created this blog in 2008 after I attended a very inspiring conference on the use of ICT in schools. My purpose in creating the blog was twofold, firstly, I wanted to actually use some of the Web 2 technologies I had heard about and secondly, I wanted to create a resource that I could use to ’collect’ information relating to the use of ICT in schools.  I had great intentions but I actually only ended up posting two comments. The blog lay idle until this semester.  As such, most of the content of the blog  focuses on addressing the research topics in the unit Online Communities 510 that I am studying at Charles Sturt University. So far I have found the unit to be very interesting and helpful.
